haix...i screwed everything up...nt been contributing to proj..attitude gt abit prob...

now hav to stand alone...haix...i mean i can understand why they dun wan me on the team la..its my fault oso...so cant blame them...anyways hav to tink of a proj dat i can do and complete in 4-5 months...
learnt a very valuable lesson frm this lor...in any grp projs,hav to contribute and do stuff if not wil end up like this again,,,hav to do alone...
tink i'll modify a proj dat i've done b4..it seems easier lidat...though i'll be able to manage my time betta,meanin i dun hav to accomodate to others and meet up, i'll be very stress and wil be tired out...

i dunno wats gotten over me but i'm lovin this feelin...there's neva one monent where i'm not tinkin of him...i'm juz lovin him more each day...i noe this feelin wil neva die down...not for now..

feeling very messy in my heart now...but tink i'm gonna heed my fren advice and fang xin go like him..cz if neva fang xin go like him den he'll notice it and like get scared lor..

Hey ppl!!!

i juz came back frm a 3day 2 night camp at BBGB campsite...wah...whole body aching frm ytd's activities sia!!

Day1
we had a lesson on
Goals-we need to have a specific goal that we want to work towards
Roles-what we do to achieve the goal
Process-ways which we can fine-tune how we can do better to achieve the
goals
Relationship-a goood realtionship is important in order to acheive our goals..

Day2
we had 3 cycles of adventure courses..they were rafting, kayaking and abseiling/flying fox...for rafting, as we were the first grp to do it, we had to carry the raft frm the campsite to the beach...it was quite a challenge as we had to work together to get the task done..."A team's strength depends on the weakest link of the whole team." we split into 2 grps and took turns to row the raft out into the sea and jump off to test the bouyancy of our life jackets..den we had to get back on the raft and row back to shore..

as for kayaking,it was done in pairs and it was suggested that we pair in a way that those who kayak b4 pair with those dat neva kayak b4.. as i was of a heavier mass and kayak before,i sat in the back and was so stress la..cz the one in the back is the one controlling the kayak..at 1st when we went out to sea, we were sort of lost and not sure of direction...but we stil managed after dat as i got the hang of it le..as long as both the ppl in the front and back paddle together and in sync,we will be able to move..wesort of joined up at a certain distance and the ppl in the front and back took turns to stand up and sing a song..this was to test our stability..we also played a game of water polo..

as for abseiling, i was so scared la...the instructor told me dat as i have to grip the rope real hard if i wanted to break..cz it like if i dun grip hard enuf,i'll stil be moving down...quite challenging de la..den when i went down was like so fast la...den i abit scared...but nehmind..at least i managed to pull it thru...
WHOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

overall, juz wanna say dat all these activities for day 2 require some important factors like teamwork, trust and communication...

Day3
day that we break camp...before breaking camp, kenny had a session wit us and had some of the campers share their experience for the whole camp...


i muz say the camp committee did a great job running the camp...it was a success...i enjoyed it alot..especially logistics team:Weihao,Alfred,Wenjie.Cheng Ai and Jianming..u guys played an important role in the camp,without u guys, the camp would not have been as good...

long time neva update le...so here to giv u guys a little update...

been quite busy lately..studying for semestral exams,1-star test and projects...talking abt 1-star,i think i will pass but i hav not been practising at store..oni work 2 days a week and jasper said to go store and study when hav the time..cz he dun wan us to fail...quite nervous de can...
test is on the 20th of july and i'm the 1st to take at 2 pm..den dat day i also have to report for camp..camp is frm 20 to 22julyso think i wun be workin dat week..

as for semestral exam,its just a few weeks away..now is oredi wk13 and also hav alot of projs to do...got alot is mini-projs(PBIL) and FYP oso...dunno if i can manage my time well and be able to cope with all these...but i tink i shld be able to if i blif in myself...did quite badly for MST..oni borderline passes and i dun wan the same thing for my other tests..

my dad juz talked to me a few days ago asking me if i had thought abt my future...wat i wanna do,wat are my plans...he say its oredi time for me to start thinking abt wat i'm gonna do in the nx 5 or 10 yrs...

i tink rite now, i'm gonna concentrate on my studies,get a gd diploma and get into University[NUS/NTU]...continue wat i'm studying now..get a good job with a high salary...wanna be at the top of the hierarchy and not at the bottom...also my priority now is to slim down and study...so hope i hav the will power to achieve wat i hav said...

anyways...hope i can pass my 1-star...also pass my semestral exams with flying colours and achieve my GPA 4..and also finish all my projs on time...
